Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager in Dearborn, Michigan to lead enterprise platform initiatives, multi-workstream programs, and large-scale business transformations.

You will establish governance, align stakeholders, and drive cross-functional teams from strategy through production, applying Agile/Waterfall lifecycles to deliver measurable results and ensure timely outcomes across IT and operations.

You will be measured on schedule, budget, and business impact.

Qualifications

• Senior Technical Program Manager with experience delivering complex enterprise platforms and multi‑workstream programs.
• Governance, stakeholder alignment, and cross‑functional leadership across technology and operations.
• Experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach a plus.
• Plan and oversee technology implementation or upgrade of capabilities.
• Ability to translate long‑term objectives into actionable roadmaps.
• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, define scope, goals and deliverables for technology initiatives.
• Drive problem solving and continuous improvement with IT teams and vendors.
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders with quantitative metrics.
• Ensure objectives are met within scope, timeline, budget and resources.
• Provide analysis and reporting in clear formats for reviews.
• Identify risks and create mitigation plans.
• Manage technology product goals and forecasts with development teams.
• Guide execution using standard development lifecycles.
