Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager and Project Management Specialist to lead SAP implementations, upgrades, and support projects from Dearborn, Michigan. The role blends SAP methodologies with agile delivery, driving transparency, accountability, and timely delivery across all workstreams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, or related field.
3+ years SAP project/program management experience.
Expert-level, daily hands-on Jira usage with board config, workflows, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Define and manage SAP program governance across large-scale S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM modules.
Lead SAP program planning, sprint coordination, and cross-functional collaboration in Jira/Confluence.
Track scope changes, RAID items, risks, issues, and decisions; ensure on-time delivery.
