Job summary

You will shape strategy, drive capacity planning, manage risk, and align engineering teams and executives around a data-driven roadmap. The role requires strong Agile discipline, excellent communication, and a proven track record delivering consumer-facing software at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management within highly complex systems.
• Deep experience delivering consumer-facing software at scale.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Cloud, Mobile, or Embedded domains.
• Strong Agile experience and formal project-management discipline.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to engineering teams and non-technical leadership.
• Experience implementing PDCA and retrospectives and mentoring TPMs or engineers is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year programs spanning mobile apps, cloud apps and embedded systems.
• Identify capacity constraints and optimize resources against priorities.
• Shape technical direction and guide teams through design trade-offs.
• Build consensus across diverse global teams and senior leadership.
• Establish risk governance and manage changes to the program baseline.
• Establish risk-mitigation systems and governance frameworks.
• Manage risks and drive impediments to closure.
• Define and track Technical Success Metrics (KPIs/QoS) to drive data-based improvements and engineering excellence.
