Job summary

n8n, the open workflow orchestration platform, is seeking a highly technical educator to anchor our Scaled Enterprise CS team. You’ll run technical enablement sessions, host office hours, and craft templates and docs to scale support for hundreds of Enterprise customers.

In this IC role, you unblock customers, design one-to-many assets, and partner with Product and Engineering to improve the core n8n experience. Remote-first across Europe and US.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years as an IC in Solutions Engineering, TAM, onboarding, or developer advocacy in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong API/webhook and integration troubleshooting experience.
• Excellent presentation and room-filling communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly technical programs and lead sessions on patterns like error handling, AI agents, self-hosting at scale, and security.
• Own the enterprise Slack channel and convert recurring threads into reusable content.
• Help with activation calls as a technical unblocker to get customers back to self-serve.
• Build reference workflows, integration patterns, and migration/guidance materials.
• Create advanced use-case templates, video tutorials, and technical docs for campaigns.
