5+ years of direct people management experience
8+ years managing large-scale, global cross-functional technology projects
Deep technical proficiency across SDLC, SOA, API lifecycle, and systems design
Experience delivering ERP (SAP), CRM/CMS platforms, B2B apps, and analytics platforms
Strong portfolio, budget, and capital management skills
Executive communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities
Hands-on problem solver with strategic and technical depth

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team of Technical Program and Project Managers
Lead capital planning and portfolio roadmap definition with leadership
Manage project prioritization and resource allocation
Drive large-scale enterprise system implementations and integrations (ERP, CRM/CMS, APIs)
Identify and execute BPR initiatives to streamline workflows
Manage critical-path dependencies and multi-system risks with cutover strategies
Incorporate AI/ML and automation to improve scalability and delivery
Foster executive alignment and cross-functional escalation management
