Job summary

AppleCare Technologies seeks a BPR Manager for the Enterprise & Channel Sales Portfolio to lead a high-caliber team of project managers, shaping governance, architecture, and capital planning across AppleCare and Apple’s enterprise ecosystem.

You will partner with Sales, Enterprise & Education, ASE, Operations, SDS, IS&T, and Geo Expansion to drive cross-functional initiatives, optimize end-to-end B2B workflows, and advance scalable solutions with a data-driven, design-thinking approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading Technical Program/Project Managers.
• 8+ years managing large-scale global tech programs.
• Deep SDLC and systems design knowledge.
• Proven executive-level communication and negotiation.
• Experience with ERP/SAP, CRM/CMS, B2B web apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing TPM/PM team.
• Define portfolio roadmap and ROI, prioritize investments.
• Manage prioritization and resource allocation across regions.
• Oversee ERP/CRM/B2B deployments and integrations.
• Drive process re-engineering and end-to-end workflows.
• Communicate project health to executives and resolve conflicts.
