Job summary

Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's Enterprise Business Solutions team seeks a Manager of Enterprise Technology Adoption in Boston to lead adoption strategy for Workday and UKG. You will partner with Learning and product teams to define enablement, deliver role-based training, and measure impact.

This role drives governance, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement to maximize platform value and user readiness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Learning & Development or a related field required.
• 5 years of experience supporting enterprise training, technology adoption, change management, or enablement initiatives required.
• Experience defining user readiness and enablement strategies, partnering with learning and functional teams to support development of effective learning and performance support resources required.
• Experience supporting adoption for enterprise SaaS platforms such as HRIS, ERP, or workforce management systems (e.g., Workday, UKG, or similar platforms) preferred.
• Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms, preferably Whatfix preferred.
• Experience using analytics, dashboards, or reporting tools to measure and improve user engagement with enterprise systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise technology adoption strategy and roadmap.
• Drive release readiness and enablement for enterprise applications.
• Own user readiness and scalable enablement programs.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve adoption and user experience.
• Measure adoption effectiveness and inform improvement priorities.
• Champion continuous improvement, governance, and adoption best practices.
