Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field required.
• 5 years of experience supporting technology adoption, change management, communications, organizational readiness, training, or enablement initiatives required.
• Experience supporting adoption for enterprise SaaS platforms such as ERP, EHR or workforce management systems preferred.
• Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms preferred.
• Experience using analytics, dashboards, or reporting tools to measure and improve user engagement with enterprise systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Change Management & Readiness: Support change management and user readiness activities for enterprise technology implementations, releases, enhancements, and process changes.
• Communications & Stakeholder Engagement: Develop audience-appropriate communications and coordinate messaging with multiple teams.
• User Enablement & Adoption: Identify user enablement needs and develop resources and support in partnership with Learning and product teams.
• Adoption Measurement & Insights: Collect and analyze adoption and user feedback data to inform priorities.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve adoption practices and contribute to reusable templates and tools.
• Enterprise Collaboration: Build relationships with leaders and teams, coordinate adoption activities across initiatives.
