Job summary

Visions Federal Credit Union is seeking an Enterprise Testing Analyst to ensure systems, software, and processes deliver a consistent member and employee experience. You will define scope, document results, and research testing practices while collaborating with business units and stakeholders.

The role is full-time, hybrid across Endwell NY, Saddle Brook NJ, Muhlenberg PA, and Reading PA, with compensation in the range of $28.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 1-3 years testing or analyst experience; 3-5 years may be considered in place of a degree
• ISTQB Foundation Level Certification, or ability to obtain within one year of hire
• Familiarity with consumer regulatory compliance and troubleshooting problems to identify solutions
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office technology
• Effective written and verbal communication across analytical, business, and technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Validate testing needs and define scope, requirements, and steps
• Conduct testing activities for enterprise systems to ensure accuracy and quality
• Create and maintain testing workflows, plans, and documentation
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and related workflows
• Analyze systems to identify improvements and propose practical solutions
• Manage multiple testing assignments and communicate findings within deadlines
• Support production readiness and back-up coverage
• Build relationships with internal teams and vendors through clear communication
