Visions Federal Credit Union is seeking an Enterprise Testing Analyst to help ensure systems and processes work accurately, delivering a consistent member and employee experience. You will partner with business units to define scope, document results, and drive improvements.

The role requires testing experience, regulatory awareness, and strong communication. This hybrid position offers locations in Endwell, NY; Saddle Brook, NJ; Muhlenberg, PA; Reading, PA.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in finance, technology, or a related field and 1-3 years of testing or analyst experience.
• ISTQB Foundation Level Certification, or the ability to obtain it within one year of hire.
• Familiarity with consumer regulatory compliance and problem-solving to identify solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs and standard office technology.

Responsibilities

• Validate testing needs across Visions systems and define scope, requirements, and action steps.
• Conduct testing activities for enterprise systems to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Create, execute, and maintain testing workflows, documentation, and plans.
