Job summary

One10 in Minneapolis seeks an Enterprise Systems Specialist to support and optimize enterprise applications across Finance, HR, and Operations. You will configure systems, troubleshoot issues, manage integrations, and ensure data integrity to keep platforms reliable, secure, and efficient.

You will partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to implement improvements, test changes, document processes, and uphold security and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, systems administration, or business systems operations.
• Experience with ERP systems (Workday, HCM and FIN modules) and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
• Strong system configuration, testing, and documentation skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions across technical and business teams.
• Understanding of enterprise systems, business workflows, and data management practices.
• Knowledge of data governance, system security, and role-based access controls.
• Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience translating business needs into system solutions.
• Proven experience leveraging automation and AI to improve efficiency and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and enhancement of enterprise applications across Finance, HR, Operations, and Customer Support.
• Manage system configuration, user access, workflows, issue tracking, and other routine system administration tasks.
• Troubleshoot system and integration issues; identify root causes and coordinate resolution.
• Support system changes, including testing, validation, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Monitor data integrity and assist with reporting and reconciliation.
• Partner with business users to understand needs and implement system improvements.
• Maintain documentation, including processes, procedures, and user guides.
• Ensure alignment with security, compliance, audit, and change management requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues, escalating complex issues as needed
