Job summary

You will support the configuration and ongoing technical operations of the Workforce Edge, Sophia, and Salesforce platforms, while playing a key role in ensuring system performance and troubleshooting technical issues.

Working independently, you will diagnose complex behaviors, design integration solutions, and serve as the technical authority during on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical analyst or similar role.
• Ability to manage multiple technical assignments effectively.
• Effective communication skills for advising stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and document integration architectures.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of platform issues.
• Lead post-incident analysis and recommend improvements.

Skills

Proficiency in REST and file-based API design

Knowledge of SSO and identity management systems

Proficiency in JSON

SQL proficiency

Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases

Understanding of SaaS platform architecture

Independent judgment in technical assignments

Effective technical communication

Education

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
