Job summary

Roskam Foods is seeking a Senior Enterprise Systems professional to manage day-to-day operations of ERP/CRM/HRIS/financial platforms and lead system implementations across the organization.

You will ensure data accuracy, security, and governance while collaborating with finance, HR, and operations to optimize workflows. Strong PM, leadership, and SQL/reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience managing enterprise systems in a mid-to-large organization.
  • Proven experience with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments is a plus.
  • Strong project management, organizational, communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in SQL, system integration, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and system workflows.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, financials).
  • Ensure system performance, availability, and scalability to meet business needs.
  • Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues proactively.
  • Lead system implementation projects: planning, configuration, testing, deployment.
  • Coordinate upgrades/patches with minimal disruption.
  • Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies.
  • Collaborate to standardize data entry and reporting.
  • Collaborate with finance/HR/ops to optimize workflows.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specs.
  • Provide training and support to users.
  • Manage vendor relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and SLAs.
  • Monitor vendor performance and compliance.
  • Develop dashboards and BI reports.
  • Support decision-making with data insights.
  • Ensure reporting aligns with KPIs and regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR).
  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures.
  • Conduct audits and risk assessments.

Key Essential Functions/Duties
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, HRIS, and financial platforms.

  • Collaborate with departments to standardize data entry and reporting practices.
  • Work with finance, HR, operations, and other departments to understand system needs and optimize workflows.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Provide training and support to system users.
  • Manage relationships with software vendors and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts, licenses, and service level agreements.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with terms.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for business intelligence.
