Salary Range: $95,000 - $125,000 annually
Compensation is based on experience, technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and demonstrated success in enterprise systems administration and technology adoption.
The Enterprise Systems Manager is responsible for the administration, governance, adoption, training, integration, and continuous improvement of Adams' business technology ecosystem.
While ServiceTitan serves as our primary operational platform, this role extends across Microsoft 365, AI-powered productivity tools, future ERP systems, reporting and analytics platforms, workflow automation tools, and other enterprise applications.
This position serves as a bridge between Operations, Finance, Leadership, and Technology, ensuring that systems are properly configured, employees are effectively trained, and technology investments deliver measurable business value.
The ideal candidate is equal parts systems administrator, trainer, process improvement leader, and technology strategist.
