POSITION PURPOSE

Responsible for enterprise-level support, standards, and best practices for identity access management (IAM) and related services, including Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Active Directory, SailPoint IdentityNow, Certificate Services (PKI), M365, and CyberArk.

The primary responsibilities involve participating in system design, deploying customer projects, implementing new technologies, and understanding interactions across product lines. Collaborate with teams to develop and deploy technology solutions leveraging Trinity Data Centers and Cloud resources. Serve as a subject matter expert in areas like IAM, security, virtualization, and network management.

Essential Functions

• Support and establish standards for IAM services, including Azure AD, Active Directory, SailPoint, PKI, M365, and CyberArk.
• Demonstrate knowledge of scripting languages such as Java, PowerShell, or Beanshell.
• Understand JSON, REST, API integrations, and security.
• Align behaviors with Trinity Health's Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Participate in planning, development, testing, and deployment of solutions.
• Assist in technical architecture development and documentation.
• Develop integration, migration, and contingency plans.
• Configure and manage desktop and server technologies, including cloud components.
• Maintain security configurations and deploy scalable, highly available systems.
• Implement automated security controls, governance, and compliance measures.
• Manage operational tools, document best practices, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Interpret, organize, and communicate complex projects following TIS methodology.
• Research and recommend infrastructure improvements.
• Coordinate process improvements to enhance service reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and optimize infrastructure.
• Adhere to legal, regulatory, and organizational policies and procedures.

Pay grade 16 range: $103,589.24 - $170,922.24. Actual compensation varies based on experience, qualifications, and other factors.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 5-7 years of experience across multiple IT disciplines or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficiency in technical documentation, DevOps, and ITIL concepts.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and modern networking technologies.
• Experience with security controls and compliance.
• Strong communication, documentation, interpersonal skills, and ability to multi-task.
