Job summary

Antares is seeking an experienced specialist to own the administration and improvement of supply chain and manufacturing enterprise systems, including MES and ERP/MRP modules. You will map business processes, build AI-enabled workflows, and partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliant, auditable operations while maintaining system hygiene.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, math, physics or related fields.
3+ years of experience in supply chain systems, manufacturing systems, procurement operations, business systems, operations technology, or a similar role supporting enterprise workflows.
Experience administering or implementing enterprise operations systems such as MES, ERP/MRP, procurement/purchasing, supplier management, inventory/materials, QMS, PLM, or workflow automation platforms.
Software development experience in Python, Java, or C#.
Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes such as purchase orders, supplier commitments, expediting, material readiness, inventory, and production support.

Responsibilities

Translate requirements into reliable system workflows, data models, forms, approvals, and procedures.
Design AI-enabled workflows to track supplier commitments and PO status.
Implement anomaly detection to identify gaps in quality processes.
Build automations using SQL, Python, APIs, low-code tools, and RPA.
Develop AI workflows that summarize communications and elevate exceptions.
Own administration and improvement of MES, ERP/MRP, and related systems.
Create integrations between enterprise systems and collaboration tools.
Maintain master data and system hygiene for suppliers, parts, and routings.
Support tool rollout including requirements, testing, and training.
Partner with teams to build workflows for PO release, supplier onboarding, and production handoffs.
Create documentation and audit evidence for regulated operations.
Monitor workflow performance and data quality; optimize processes.
Own data quality and exception-management routines for AI workflows.
