Job summary

MR Walls is seeking an AI Systems Engineer in Santa Monica to build, improve, and maintain AI systems that streamline operations. You will work directly with leadership to develop AI agents, automate workflows, connect systems, and identify opportunities to apply AI across the company.

You will collaborate on AI-powered projects, connect databases and third-party platforms, and explore new tools to enhance efficiency and design workflows with cutting-edge AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in software engineering, automation, AI development, or a related field.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience working with APIs, databases, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI agents and automations.
• Design and improve AI workflows using OpenClaw, Hermes, Claude Code, Codex, and other emerging AI technologies.
• Connect AI systems with internal databases and third-party platforms.
• Automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Build knowledge systems that help AI agents access and use company information.
• Improve the reliability and performance of existing AI systems.
• Explore new AI tools and recommend practical applications for the business.
• Assist with AI-powered creative workflows using Midjourney, FAL, and other AI design tools.
