Job summary

Blueland seeks a Director of Sales to drive retail growth across multiple channels in the United States. You will own the customer P&L and craft strategy with the VP of Retail, building strong partnerships with key retailers.

Lead business development, shopper marketing, and annual plans while collaborating across functions to scale sustainability-forward cleaning products. Requires 5–8 years in CPG sales, startup experience, and strong negotiation skills.
