Job summary

Arctiq, in collaboration with a major university, seeks a Director of Enterprise Systems and Services to lead the ERP ecosystem, ensure reliability and security, and drive modern data integration across campus applications.

The role oversees a team of professionals, aligns technical initiatives with academic priorities, and supports student success through enhanced systems governance. Hybrid work in Doylestown, PA is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise systems architecture, administration, or integration.
• Leadership: demonstrated success leading, mentoring, and developing technical personnel or cross-functional project teams.
• Technical acumen in enterprise architectures, relational databases (MSSQL), and modern integration methods (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL/ELT).
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise projects from initiation through adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap, architecture standards, and lifecycle management for the University ERP and related systems.
• Translate institutional priorities into clear operational plans, service-level standards, and measurable technology outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of enterprise applications and integration professionals.
• Oversee robust data integration across platforms using APIs, batch pipelines, and middleware; support data governance.
• Manage enterprise software vendor relationships and the project portfolio to ensure on-time delivery.
