Brooksource is seeking a Systems Development Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise applications and systems. You will balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership of software teams, drive modernization initiatives, and ensure operational excellence across critical systems.

Formación
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering or application development.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience with direct reports.
- Experience leading small to mid-sized software development teams.
- Experience managing hybrid teams onshore/offshore.
- Experience supporting enterprise Supply Chain Planning & Purchasing systems.
Responsabilidades
- Lead enterprise application development, support, and maintenance.
- Manage onshore and offshore resources for delivery.
- Hire, onboard, and develop technical talent; coach teams.
- Oversee full SDLC including architecture, design, testing, deployment.
- Drive operational excellence and 24/7 production support.
- Partner with business leaders to align tech solutions with goals.
