Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Cloud architecture and hybrid infrastructure experience.
• Strong governance, standards, and reference model development.
• Experience integrating AI/AIOps and automation in infrastructure.
• Security, resilience, and cost optimization focus.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise infrastructure architecture strategy, including current-state assessment and future-state roadmap.
• Partner with Architecture, Product Management, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to align standards, roadmaps, and execution with business and technology objectives.
• Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives (cloud adoption, automation, simplification) to reduce complexity and improve scalability, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Establish and mature architecture governance, standards, and reference models to ensure consistency, resiliency, and security across environments.
• Drive adoption of observability, reliability, and performance engineering practices (e.g., monitoring, SLOs, service health) to strengthen system health and operational outcomes.
• Identify and implement opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, AI/AIOps, and intelligent automation to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Provide architectural oversight for major technology investments and decisions, ensuring alignment with cost, risk, scalability, and business value.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and change leader, influencing cross-functional teams to adopt modern, integrated infrastructure practices
