Job summary

IMDEX is seeking a senior systems engineering- and product-focused leader to design integrated solutions that connect IMDEX tools, sensing, data and decision platforms into customer workflows. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and Executive teams to align with the roadmap and drive system-level outcomes across diverse customer environments.

Qualifications

Deep experience in systems engineering, solution architecture and complex technical integration across hardware, software and data environments.
Strong customer workflow analysis and problem-framing capability; translate environments into clear requirements and solution intent.
Experience in mining, industrial, energy or similarly complex environments (remote operations, high reliability, safety-critical constraints).
Experience planning and executing customer co-funded pilots and translating outcomes into scalable offerings.

Responsibilities

Map end-to-end customer workflows spanning tools, sensing, data acquisition/telemetry, analytics and decision points.
Identify critical decision points, value drivers and constraints in complex operating environments.
Translate workflow insights into clear system problem statements, user needs and measurable outcome hypotheses.
Manage product-focused relationships with customers; provide product support and monitor competitive offerings.
