Job summary

OpenLoop Health, Inc. is seeking an IT Business Systems Architect to own and evolve the enterprise application ecosystem. You will govern NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack, partnering with Finance, People, Revenue, Clinical Operations, and Engineering.

This hands-on role sets standards, designs integrations, models data, and guides implementations from discovery through hypercare, reporting to the Director, Business Applications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT or solutions architecture, with 3+ years in an architect role.
• Deep hands-on NetSuite experience: ERP, customization, SuiteScript/SuiteFlow, saved searches.
• Strong knowledge of Okta (SSO, SCIM, lifecycle, workflows) and Slack/Workspace tools.
• Proven ability to architect and build integrations across enterprise SaaS with iPaaS and APIs.
• Experience designing systems and access controls for SOX, HIPAA, SOC 2 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own reference architecture for OpenLoop's business systems landscape and maintain current/target-state maps.
• Define enterprise standards for integration patterns, master data and IAM.
• Evaluate, recommend, and rationalize SaaS apps; lead due diligence and vendor selection.
• Partner with AI Program to embed AI, agents, and automation in workflows.
• Lead architecture reviews for new implementations, upgrades, and integrations; produce designs and docs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs with analysts.
• Support audit readiness by designing access controls, logging, and trails.
• Establish sandbox/production environment management, release and change control standards.
• Mentor admins/analysts on architectural best practices and integrations.
• Present technical trade-offs to executives and translate to business impact.
• Contribute to IT roadmap, budgeting, and vendor management processes.
