Job summary

OpenLoop is seeking an IT Business Systems Architect to own and evolve the enterprise application ecosystem across NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack. You will partner with Finance, People, Revenue, Clinical Operations, and Engineering to ensure secure, integrated, scalable, and audit-ready systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT or solutions architecture.
• 3+ years in an architect capacity.
• Deep hands-on experience with NetSuite; SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and saved searches.
• Strong working knowledge of Okta (SSO, SCIM, lifecycle) and Google Workspace.
• Proven experience architecting integrations across enterprise SaaS using iPaaS, REST/GraphQL, webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Own the reference architecture for OpenLoop's business systems landscape; maintain current-state and target-state maps.
• Define enterprise standards for integration patterns, identity management, and environment change control.
• Evaluate SaaS applications, lead build-vs-buy analyses, vendor due diligence.
• Partner with the AI Program team to embed AI and automation into workflows (procure-to-pay, quote-to-cash, ITSM, HR lifecycle).
• Lead architecture reviews for implementations, upgrades, and integration projects; produce design artifacts.
• Support SOX, HIPAA, and SOC 2 audit readiness with appropriate controls and logging.
