As the Enterprise System Architect you will establish and guide the key internal IT systems ecosystem roadmap in alignment with business goals and priorities. In this role you must engage cross-functional stakeholders to understand needs and priorities and translate those to an actionable roadmap. This role will lead strategic planning, design, and implementation of complex global IT solutions with the overarching objective of improving employee productivity and enabling scale in core operational areas of the business.
This role will own and govern our NetSuite ecosystem of business applications to support core functions. You will own our MIS systems roadmap, lead stakeholder management to position our business technology solutions to best support our team and enable our strategies.
Additionally, you will set our internal data strategy, lead our backoffice integration plans for previous or future M&A activity and lead new vendor selection and cultivate existing Tier 1 vendor relationships.
We are seeking an Architect that can both create the MIS systems vision and operationalize it through working with cross department resources to bring it to life. You have experience building roadmaps, influencing key tech decisions, managing through change, harmonizing cross-functional SOP’s and comfortable operating in a highly complex, global environment. You find satisfaction and are maniacal about transformation, setting an achievable vision and have the stamina to manage your stakeholders and operationalizing change.
