As the Enterprise System Architect, you will establish and guide the internal IT systems ecosystem roadmap aligned with business goals. You must engage cross-functional stakeholders to understand needs and translate these into an actionable roadmap. This role involves strategic planning, design, and implementation of complex global IT solutions to improve productivity and enable scale.

This role will own and govern our NetSuite ecosystem and lead our MIS systems roadmap, managing stakeholder relationships to support our strategies.

You will set internal data strategies, lead back-office integration plans for M&A activities, and manage vendor relationships.

We seek an architect capable of creating and operationalizing MIS system visions, influencing tech decisions, managing change, and working in a complex, global environment. You should be passionate about transformation and stakeholder management.

This is a remote position unless located in Columbus, OH or Cranberry, PA, where it is hybrid (1 day/week in office).

Responsibilities
  1. Own the MIS roadmap and implementation:
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders
  • Develop models reflecting strategies
  • Design and implement enterprise solutions
  • Test and optimize system performance
  • Translate requirements into applications
  • Oversee technical processes
  • Analyze project feasibility
  • Manage internal master data strategy
  • Integrate M&A activities
  • Cross-department collaboration and stakeholder management:
    • Develop MIS roadmap with stakeholders
    • Monitor risks and issues
    • Influence solution choices
    • Plan system projects with Tech PMO
  • Vendor selection and management:
    • Cultivate vendor relationships
    • Lead technical evaluations
    • Drive ecosystem solution implementations
    Requirements
    • 10+ years in application development using Microsoft technologies
    • Proficiency with C#, .NET, Azure
    • Experience with ERP, Finance, CRM, Billing, Ticket Management, PSA systems
    • Experience with enterprise data analytics and data strategies
    • Familiarity with NetSuite preferred
    • Ability to create technical blueprints and SOPs
    • Support developers and code as needed
    • Knowledge of agile methodologies
    • Proven success in scalable solution design
    • Stakeholder engagement skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
