Role Overview

As the Enterprise System Architect, you will establish and guide the internal IT systems ecosystem roadmap aligned with business goals. You will engage stakeholders, lead strategic planning, design, and implement complex global IT solutions to improve productivity and support business scaling.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Own the MIS roadmap and implementation:
    • Provide guidance, develop models, design solutions, and optimize system performance.
    • Translate requirements, oversee processes, and manage data strategies.
  2. Cross-department collaboration and stakeholder management:
    • Develop MIS roadmap, identify risks, influence solutions, and plan projects.
  3. Vendor management:
    • Manage vendor relationships, lead evaluations, and oversee implementations.
Requirements for Success
  • 10+ years in application development with Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET, Azure).
  • Experience with ERP, Finance, CRM, and related systems, especially NetSuite.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project planning skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment.
