About The Role

We're looking for a Systems Architect to join our growing team of technical experts. This is a senior-level position that blends hands-on systems expertise with customer-facing leadership. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing infrastructure and solution architectures, leading project delivery, and partnering with sales and account managers to shape customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture: Design technical solutions that align with customer needs and internal best practices.

Project Leadership: Lead client projects from planning through delivery — scoping, quoting, coordinating, and executing.

Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into effective technical plans.

Expansion Support: Identify upsell opportunities and assist sales teams with quoting and positioning solutions.

Documentation & Training: Create internal/external documentation and lead training sessions when needed.

Mentorship: Guide and support junior Systems Technicians and collaborate across technical teams.

Required Experience

5+ years in systems support, infrastructure, or IT support roles.

Strong SQL and relational database skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft OS (both desktop and server).

Familiarity with VPN, client-server applications, and remote diagnostics.

Experience with Infor VISUAL (Visual Enterprise / Visual Manufacturing) or similar ERP systems.

Exposure to software implementation projects or industrial IT environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Systems, IT, or related field (preferred but not required).

Strong documentation skills, including writing technical content for internal and external audiences.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
