Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Systems Analyst II to build, test, implement, and maintain a broad portfolio of enterprise applications beyond the core EHR. You will work on document/content management, CRM, digital signage, marketing automation, and security systems, with an emphasis on interfaces and SQL Server infrastructure.

The role requires 3+ years in IT app development or systems administration, plus experience with MS tools and Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise applications such as content management, CRM, and security systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft tools and Dynamics 365 is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and support enterprise applications (DocuSign, D365, CRM, signage, marketing automation).
• Build and maintain interfaces between systems and platforms.
• Provide training and coaching to IT staff (Analysts I and II).
• Identify risks, define standards, and guide project execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows and solutions.
