Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Systems Analyst II to build, test, implement, and maintain a portfolio of enterprise applications beyond the core EHR. You will work with document management, DocuSign, CRM, digital signage, and marketing automation, supporting data interfaces and basic SQL Server administration.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of related experience and at least 3 years in IT apps development or systems administration. Healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of related experience.
• Minimum 3 years in IT application development or systems administration.
• Experience with enterprise apps such as document/content management, DocuSign, CRM or marketing automation, security/door badge systems, security camera platforms, or digital signage.
• Microsoft tools proficiency (e.g., .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server) is beneficial.
• Experience with Dynamics 365, SQL Server, SSIS, IIS, SharePoint Server, or integration platforms is not required but beneficial.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications.
• Plan, develop, and support enterprise apps like DocuSign, D365, CRM, and digital signage.
• Build and maintain interfaces between systems.
• Provide training and coaching to IT staff.
• Define and communicate project standards and guidelines.
• Plan and analyze software strategies and upgrades.
• Implement technical infrastructure, networks, servers, and security systems.
• Document requirements, release notes, and test plans as required.
• Interact with stakeholders to identify solutions and workflows.
• Assist users in understanding workflows and system functionality.
• Coordinate with other support and technical teams.
• Ensure positive experience for business customers and drive IT improvements.
