Job summary

North Dakota State College of Science (NDSCS) is hiring for a Full-time, 12-month benefited IT Systems Administrator. The role will operate and maintain the college’s enterprise systems, implement data integration, and assist ITS communications and support.

A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of server administration experience are required. Applicants should communicate clearly with users and IT staff, and possess experience with Active Directory, SCCM, web servers, Azure, or cloud storage.

Responsibilities

• Implement data integration between on‑site and remote systems.
• Assist in ITS‑related communication, training, and customer support as assigned.
• Support applications that serve the college’s business and operational processes.

Minimum Requirements

• Support the mission, vision, and values of NDSCS.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3 to 5 years of experience administering servers or other computer systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with users and IT professionals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to implement data integrations between various college and state systems.
• Experience with digital processes such as workflow and document management.
• Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, web servers, Azure, or cloud storage.

Salary: $69,000–$74,000, commensurate with education and experience.
