Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) is hiring an MIS Business Systems Application Admin at Arnold Air Force Base in TN. The role will own end-to-end administration, maintenance and optimization of enterprise applications to ensure stability, performance, and security for decision-makers across the organization.

You will collaborate with developers, data architects, and business analysts to support new projects, manage security models, and document configurations and changes in line with DoD

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical roles with 1+ year hands-on in listed areas
• Experience with enterprise software hosting environments or server OS
• Installing, configuring, updating, and troubleshooting multi-tier enterprise software and third-party tools
• Administering Linux/Unix and/or Windows Server with routine maintenance and CLI
• Cybersecurity support including applying patches and hardening (DISA STIGs or CIS)
• CompTIA Security+ certification within 30 days of hire
• Windows Server 2022/2025 Administration certification within 30 days of hire
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance for AEDC network access
• U.S. Citizenship required for federal contract compliance

Responsibilities

• Performs daily administration tasks including installation, configuration, patching, and regular maintenance of Enterprise Business Systems Applications
• Monitors system health and availability, ensuring uptime for business users
• Designs, implements, and maintains the security model with users, groups, roles, and data-level security
• Support application release cycles by deploying software and documenting environment changes
• Serves as the primary contact for troubleshooting and resolving system-level issues
• Collaborate with developers, data architects, and business analysts to support new projects
• Maintains documentation for system configurations, processes, and security models; implements patches and security remediations per policies (DISA STIGs)
• Wears company issued PPE as required and performs related duties
