Job summary

Beyond New Horizons is seeking an MIS Business Systems Application Admin to join the team at Arnold Air Force Base in Arnold, TN. This role ensures enterprise applications are stable, performant, and secure while aligning with DoD cybersecurity policies.

The candidate will manage health, configuration, and lifecycle of enterprise applications, collaborating with developers and analysts to support new projects and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of technical experience in enterprise software hosting or server OS environments.
• Experience installing, configuring, updating, and troubleshooting multi-tier enterprise applications and third-party tools.
• Administration of Linux/Unix and/or Windows Server operating systems including CLI management.
• Cybersecurity support including applying patches and managing SSL/TLS certificates.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily admin tasks: install, configure, patch and maintain Enterprise Business Systems Applications.
• Monitor system health and uptime for business users.
• Design and maintain security model including users, groups, roles, and data-level security.
• Support deployments, run config scripts, document environment changes.
