Job summary

Freedom Technology Solutions Group seeks a Senior System Integrator to optimize enterprise COTS apps and orchestrate integrations across applications, databases, and infrastructure. You will bridge developers, DBAs, admins, and government stakeholders to implement high-impact solutions, improve reliability, and automate operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, minor code enhancements, and technical documentation, with enterprise-wide impact and opportunities to influence

Qualifications

• Active security clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Configure, integrate, and maintain enterprise COTS applications.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot integrations between enterprise applications using APIs, web services, messaging, and other integration technologies.
• Support deployments, upgrades, patches, and configuration changes across dev, test, and production environments.
• Perform minor system administration tasks including environment management, user administration, and config management.
• Work with relational databases to troubleshoot issues, run queries, validate data, and support functionality.
• Analyze system logs, monitor health, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions.
• Develop scripts and minor code enhancements to improve automation and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Government Product Leads, developers, admins, and stakeholders to implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and releases.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and operations.
• Support incident response and minimize downtime.
• Mentor junior engineers on integrations and operational best practices.
