Job summary

Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a Senior System Integrator to support enterprise COTS integrations and government programs. You will bridge applications, infrastructure, databases, and stakeholders, delivering secure, automated solutions across development, test, and production environments.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with enterprise integrations, minor code enhancements, scripting, and troubleshooting across multiple layers, while collaborating with Government

Qualifications

• Active security clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of software development/engineering experience (16 years in lieu of degree).
• Willingness to tackle challenges and become product expert.
• Experience with COTS integration and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Configure, integrate, and maintain enterprise COTS applications for learning and training.
• Design and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, web services, and messaging.
• Support deployments, upgrades, patches, and configuration changes across environments.
• Perform minor system administration, environment management, and user administration.
• Query and validate data in relational databases to support functionality.
• Analyze logs, monitor health, identify root causes, and coordinate fixes.
• Develop scripts, and implement minor code enhancements for automation.
• Collaborate with Government product leads, developers, and admins on solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and integration diagrams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and processes.
• Support incident response and minimize downtime; mentor junior engineers.
