Sonesta International Hotels seeks a seasoned Manager of Enterprise Strategy & Relations to align enterprise priorities, coordinate ELT-driven initiatives, and ensure data-driven governance across corporate functions.

The role interfaces with the Executive Leadership Team, delivering disciplined planning materials and cross-functional collaboration. Requires 7–10 years in strategy or governance and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, or enterprise governance.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships and communicate with executive leadership.
• Strong analytical and data management skills; proficient in enterprise planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise initiatives and KPIs, ensuring ELT alignment.
• Prepare executive materials for ELT, Board, and Ownership meetings.
• Maintain governance frameworks and templates across departments.
• Support vendor negotiations with Finance, Legal, IT, Operations.
