Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Strategy & Relations to act as a strategic integrator across corporate functions. You will ensure enterprise priorities are planned, tracked, and executed with data-informed clarity, access to ownership-level data, and cross-functional collaboration.

Reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Planning, you will support hospitality systems, commercial intelligence, and partner negotiations while maintaining enterprise governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and data management skills; proficient in Smartsheet, Power BI, and enterprise planning tools.
• Experience managing enterprise-level reporting, initiative tracking, and performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational cadence of enterprise planning cycles, including initiative intake, quarterly reviews, and KPI reporting.
• Oversee executive materials for ELT, Board, and Ownership meetings in coordination with the VP of Strategic Planning and Finance.
• Maintain governance templates, dashboards, and reporting discipline across departments.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure alignment with capital, technology, and operational readiness.
• Represent the SPO in ELT or governance discussions and surface escalation items for alignment.
