Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Strategy & Relations to serve as a strategic integrator across corporate functions. This role supports data-driven evaluation of hospitality systems and strategic vendor relationships, reporting to the VP of Strategic Planning.

The position requires 7-10 years in planning or governance, and is based at our Orlando, FL or Newton, MA Headquarters with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in strategic planning, operations, or governance.
• Experience communicating with executive leadership.
• Hospitality/travel industry knowledge preferred.
• Strong analytical and data-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility into enterprise initiatives and ELT directives.
• Coordinate with department leaders to capture updates and unblock blockers.
• Serve as liaison between VP Strategic Planning, ELT, and stakeholders.
• Elevate risks, dependencies, or conflicts for prioritization.
• Prepare executive materials for ELT, Board, and Ownership meetings.
