Job summary

The role drives key strategic initiatives across Commercial, Operations, Development, Marketing, Finance, HR, and more, translating complex problems into concise, executive-ready analyses and actions.

The ideal candidate brings a structured problem-solving background from consulting or in-house strategy, with a bias toward action and tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Strategy, Finance or related field (preferred).
• 7–10 years progressive work experience in strategy, consultancy, finance, or corporate-level strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic workstreams end-to-end across the Americas, coordinating across functions.
• Translate complex business challenges into clear analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations.
• Develop executive-ready communications for the CEO and senior leadership, including board-level briefs.
• Monitor market dynamics and competitive moves to inform strategy and responses.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to align priorities and maintain momentum on strategic initiatives.
