Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Business Consultant to drive strategy and lead large initiatives that align across multiple teams. You will influence senior leaders, shape governance, and partner with analytics, sales, technology, and operations to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role is remote with preferred ties to Dayton, OH; Boca Raton, FL; or Alpharetta, GA for occasional in-person meetings. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience leading enterprise or large-scale initiatives across multiple teams.
• Experience in a consulting or strategic advisory capacity.
• Proficiency with Salesforce/CRM data models and analytics.
• Strong data-analytic collaboration with analysts to drive insights.
• Proven ability to present to senior leaders and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional enterprise programs spanning multiple workstreams and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with the Business Transformation Office to shape governance, standards, and execution.
• Define strategy for large-scale initiatives rather than just managing tasks or timelines.
• Oversee all phases using project lifecycle methodologies and budgets.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Technology, and Marketing to align initiatives.
• Leverage Power BI dashboards to track progress and inform decisions.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers when needed.
• Lead change management to embed outcomes across the organization.
• Prepare executive-level materials and steering committee updates.
