Job summary

Adobe Population Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to translate strategic direction into actionable workstreams, dashboards, and executive reporting. You will partner with the Chief of Staff and Enterprise PMO to monitor priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives.

The role leads a small team, manages strategic projects, and supports planning, performance measurement, and decision-ready materials for leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in corporate strategy, business analysis, or related field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prepare executive-level presentations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of corporate strategy and roadmap.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports.
• Monitor strategic priorities and identify risks and dependencies.
• Lead strategic initiatives and coordinate with the Enterprise PMO.
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, technology, finance, and HR teams.
