Job summary

Adobe is seeking a Managing Principal – Enterprise Architect to lead a high-performing consulting team and drive customer success across major accounts. You will mentor architects, define architecture strategies, and ensure alignment between business goals and technology delivery.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Operations to evangelize best practices and deliver innovative digital experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an enterprise, solution, or application architect, systems integrator, or equivalent.
• Preferred 3+ years of experience leading consulting teams, including remote delivery.
• Track record of delivering Enterprise or Solution/Application integrations with digital marketing tools and systems.
• Proven experience creating architecture best practices, diagrams, and roadmaps.
• Executive leadership skills to coach, mentor, and empower a diverse, high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, and mentor a team of Enterprise Architects to ensure customer success.
• Support client escalations by guiding your team to communicate, prioritize, and own the experience.
• Organize and conduct enablement sessions to strengthen technical and role-based proficiencies.
• Lead and inspire the team with positivity and optimism, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement of consulting delivery processes, standards, and practices.
• Meet and exceed team goals around customer outcomes, utilization, revenue, and margin; drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate across Adobe including Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Technical Operations, and other internal teams.
• Represent Adobe Consulting as the lead Architect for key accounts, defining solution strategy and leading implementations.
• Bring deep knowledge of digital experience and marketing technology to align architecture with business strategy.
• Identify business drivers and technology capabilities required to reach an optimal state.
• Assess current organization-wide architecture and marketing capabilities; recommend future state.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define use cases, goals, objectives, and architecture to support business needs.
• Ensure alignment between business strategy, IT roadmap, and deployment teams.
• Build system and application architectures to meet digital experience and business needs.
• Engage and evangelize recommendations to executive and senior leadership teams.
• Work closely with and act as a liaison between key business and IT experts during engagements.
• Grow Adobe’s architecture practice and share customer feedback with product engineering and product managers.
