Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience leading strategic initiatives within complex technology-driven organizations, with expertise in industries undergoing large-scale digital transformation, such as financial services, insurance, technology, consulting, or other highly regulated environments.
• Enterprise Strategic Planning & Execution: develop and operationalize enterprise technology strategies, translating business objectives into actionable plans.
• Executive Influence & Organizational Leadership: influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Technology & Product Partnership Experience: collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver value.
• Strategic Storytelling & Communications: synthesize complex information into clear executive narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordinated planning and execution at scale across CEP with distributed product teams.
• Strengthen product partnership and customer signal curation.
• Elevate workforce planning and future readiness; influencer onboarding and capacity planning.
• Align strategic vendor engagements with enterprise priorities.
• Shape a clear, consistent strategic narrative connected to enterprise value for OKR, ORCC, and board materials.
