Job summary

Allstate Insurance is seeking a Principal Digital Product Manager to own the vision and roadmaps for hosting-related cloud, compute, storage, and mainframe products within the Core Engineering Platform (CEP). You will define strategy and annual commitments, ensuring product practices deliver business value while aligning with customer needs.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of digital product scoping, discovery, and backlog ownership.
Minimum 5 years coaching and leading global teams.
Experience applying Agile methodologies in a product delivery environment and using product management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Aha!, or similar.

Responsibilities

Own strategic direction of ~20 cloud/compute/storage/mainframe products; develop and manage a strategic roadmap.
Conduct market and user research to identify trends and customer needs; translate to strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform architectural decisions and design.
Drive delivery acceleration through reuse of capabilities and smarter execution.
Align strategic intent and priorities across teams; influence backlogs to support priorities.
Define product KPIs and monitor outcomes to ensure business value.
