Job summary

Nordstrom seeks an Enterprise Strategy & Growth Manager to lead high-impact projects for the Executive Team and enterprise leaders, turning strategy into multi-year delivery roadmaps. You will work across Enterprise Strategy, Business Development, Market Intelligence and Enterprise Activation, framing ambiguous problems, guiding data-informed decisions, and developing top talent.

• MBA or equivalent experience with 8+ years in strategy, management, consulting, investment banking and/or the retail industry.
• Strong ownership and impact measured by enterprise adoption of solutions and strong results.
• High intellectual curiosity with humility to learn and courage to challenge assumptions.
• Strategic mindset balancing detail vs. big ideas.
• Passion for managing and developing top-tier talent through coaching and proactive opportunity creation.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand deliverables and decisions.
• Frame hard, ambiguous problems with a hypothesis-led, data-informed approach.
• Leverage analytical acumen to uncover insights and opportunities for unlocking business value.
• Synthesize inputs into clear, compelling stories for commercial decision-making and action-taking.
• Identify and pursue sources of enterprise value creation with Strategy directors & SVP of Strategy, Executive Team and operational leaders.
• Manage project teams (Assoc & Sr Assoc level) and develop as an emerging leader.
• Demonstrate enterprise thinking by balancing function-specific goals with company strategy.
• Translate strategic direction into clear execution plans and operating rhythms.
