Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an Executive Director, Enterprise Strategy to lead high-impact strategic initiatives for corporate strategy and growth. You will partner with executives across GE Vernova’s corporate and business units to identify opportunities, run analyses, and translate insights into actionable plans.

The role combines strategic planning, portfolio optimization, and M&A evaluation with leadership of large virtual teams and executive-level communications.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent with substantial experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
• Proven ability to lead a cross-functional strategic planning process.
• Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing decision making.
• Analytical, data-driven approach with strong financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Structure strategic problem-solving and develop executable project plans.
• Secure buy-in from executive stakeholders and coordinate virtual teams.
• Contribute to talent development and knowledge transfer within the team.
• Conduct rigorous quantitative analyses and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop Senior Leadership and Board presentations to drive alignment.
