The role emphasizes rigorous analyses, stakeholder alignment, and scalable processes, with a Boston area preference. A track record in corporate strategy, M&A, and leadership of large virtual teams is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science, finance, economics, business or related field.
• At least 7 years post‑MBA experience in Strategy Consulting or 12 years in Corporate Strategy roles, or a mix.
• Experience leading corporate strategic planning, growth strategy, and M&A strategy.
• Ability to present to C-suite executives and influence decisions without formal reporting lines.
• Proficiency in data‑driven analyses and financial acumen; AI tools experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise strategy projects and co‑manage cross‑functional workstreams.
• Develop growth initiatives and evaluate adjacent markets for GE Vernova.
• Translate market intelligence into actionable insights with market analytics.
• Prepare presentations and memos for senior executives and drive alignment.
• Define portfolio expansion options and collaborate on acquisitions/divestitures.
• Mentor junior team members and manage virtual cross‑functional teams.
