Qualifications

• 2+ years of consulting experience or pharma industry experience in market access, pricing or healthcare policy.
• Understanding of US healthcare system and payer landscape is highly desirable.
• Experience conducting payer interviews would be nice to have.
• Strong academic background with science and business mix is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on healthcare systems, stakeholders, and market access challenges.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to quantify product value for payers.
• Develop payer engagement strategies for physicians, patients, payers, and policymakers.
• Conduct interviews or moderate advisory boards with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare business presentations and client-ready training materials.
