A professional coaching platform is seeking a Solutions Engineer to act as the technical architect for aligning platform capabilities with customer goals. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting within enterprise SaaS, strong communication skills, and the ability to create tailored product demonstrations. This role offers a salary range of $129,000 - $203,500 based on location and experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting role in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with HRIS, LMS, SSO, or API-based integrations in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Ability to build and deliver tailored product demos aligned to real-world business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise stakeholders across IT, InfoSec, HRIS, and more.
• Build and configure demo environments that demonstrate the BetterUp experience.
• Deliver high-fidelity, narrative-driven demos tailored to customer goals and buyer personas.
