Job summary

Xsolla is seeking a Solutions Engineer to be the technical point of contact for strategic enterprise partners. You will troubleshoot real integration problems, reproduce defects, and ensure readiness for launches while coordinating across Customer Success, Tech Leads, and Product teams.

You will own ticketing, triage issues, and provide fast, credible technical responses on live calls, with a focus on API, payments, and storefront integrations.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks, and the ability to read documentation and interpret payloads.
• Hands-on debugging and troubleshooting to reproduce issues, read logs, and isolate root cause.
• Ability to discern when to fix issues directly and when to route to the appropriate owner with context.
• Excellent partner-facing communication to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical liaison for strategic enterprise partners post-sales.
• Join partner calls to answer technical questions and resolve concerns in real time.
• Respond quickly to technical inquiries to ensure partners are not left waiting.
• Escalate complex issues to Tech Leads with clear context and ownership.
